Forum Category Discussion

I will be applying a minor update soon that will include more DPFPs alongside a rework to the Forum that will include more categories for SWAbooreans to work with. A majority of the list is based on @PETRIXXX's vision of what should be included, with a few added by me to fill in the empty slots.

If anyone has recommendations of what to add, please offer ideas before I finish testing the presented list.

add /poop/ and bring back /giga/

I also think poop should be added as well as a food board so we can talk about goyslop

/fndm/ should be /faun/ because the main opps of swa on 2014 was a group called "faun" (fandoms united)

add a /his/ board so we can talk about the HRE

Should literature be included with /vafa/, or should it be in a separate /lit/ board?

Make it separate. A /lit/ board could encompass philosophy, religion, poetry, etc.

/tэk/ - Technology !- Will replace "Bugs & Features" -!
/qa2/ - Business Inquiries (/biz/ + pepe/frogposting)
/a/ - Tranime (Feminine anime will be banned or trolled)
/bp/ - Bloopers from PETRIXXX (and other Machinimas)
/tчgrs/ - The Outernet (Aquatics, Ecosystems, Etc.)

/swa2/ - Meta
/dank/ - Dank Memes (Shrek, MLG, George Floyd, Pepe, Soyjaks)
/ipol/ - iPolitics (like you suggested)
/jr/ - Jimmy Rustling (like you suggested)
/ent/ - Enterntainment (books, video games, anime, TV and YouTube series, NO FANDUMB OR TRANIME TRASH)
/faun/ - Fandumb (like you suggested)
/tэk/ - Technology and invention (does not replace bugs and features, that's for /swa2/)
/bp/ - Bloopers from PETRIXXX (like you suggested)
/tчgrs/ - The Outernet (like you suggested, encompasses topics like food, exercize, and animals)
/hb/ - Hobbies (like you suggested, includes literature, cars, guns, ECT..)
/vafa/ - Art and Creative works (like you suggested)

Also i kind of want to combine the technology board with the hobby board

From my testing, your idea of condensing the board selection works better with the current site layout. Plus, the forum culture here is still in its infancy, so it's anyone's guess which general becomes a dnb or a gem worthy of an inclusion to the main board roster. I might go with this and include the naming scheme of the unused boards for generals in the resulting wiki article.

Thanks thanks, i hope my concept of what the board list should be (with the tech and hobby boards merged) makes it into fruition.
