    This is an edited screenshot of when Jeffstein met up with Ines. There's a version without Niko Bellic's cousin floating around somewhere. Can someone please tell me if they can see Romani ancestry in him as well?

    Off-topic, but what programming languages does this site use? I'm assuming HTML and CSS as markup languages and PHP as the programming language, but if there are any other languages or one of these isn't used, could you please tell me?
