I like business suits becuase the Cameramen, Speakermen and TV-Men from Skibidi Toilet wear them, however if i were a CEO or politican i'd totally dress up in soft robes and white gloves.

Suits have their time and place. I don't think governance is one of them. Though I wouldn't try to wear anything extravagant at someone else's wedding or a business meeting.
They're alright, but arguably more prone to corruption than an executive. I think every order becomes somewhat oligarchic due to the head of state not being able to do everything at once. I also think the main flaws with the republic government is that it's not cool and that it's prone to stagnation from people voting on the wrong things (even if you add an IQ bar, people can still be convinced into voting for the wrong things). The best counter to this would be to have a semi-constitutional monarch, or some other regal leader like the Doge of Venice, the Shogun of Japan or the Prince of Novgorod, that can shut down shit like lgbt rights

I see... Wdy think about Montesquieu (inventor of the sep of powers) saying there must be a religious foundation? "Fear of God"
