Progress of my next thumbnail however Ive met a wall of sorts, I desire to make this image as grotesque or even more as my previous one however I dont know how I can do it, this is a caricature on a youtuber who jokes about adult imagery and being a pedophile btw, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
