You can write how they keep all abstracted characters in a lobotomite zoo like animals even though they could have recreated them from the brain scans that made them the first time. You can write how the characters are written so poorly that the entire plot of the second half of the film would not have occurred if they were written the same as earlier episodes (I got that one from talk on the Farms thread).

According to Farmers, Pomni was written throughout the series to be a supportive character, and that one scene right before they jumpcut to the abstracted niggward was character assassination for the sake of plot. Apparently the flashback to the first episode POV had Jax not reflect the character traits of that episode. There's probably more examples in the thread about it, but that's all I remember right now.
