The likelihood of the fandumb being the original creator of the caption is low since there's multi-level jokes going on here instead of goo-goo gah-gah baby noises and other troonerisms. The tiktoker probably stole it from one of their subscriptions, or it hit Xitter in some form or fashion. But until we find the original somewhere else, this will have to be considered as technically their caption that we graciously stole and removed any indication of their involvement.
